I have done MBA (HR) in 2010 and working as Hr. Executive in a steel manufacturing company and secured more then 60% marks throughout my study. but now i want to do PhD but don't know the procedure of it and syllabus for appearing NET Exam. which subject has better scope. about the scholarship and duration of PhD. please show me the right way so that i can choose better career for my future i'll be very thankful to you.
