What is the last date to get the Ph.D entrance exam form? I wanted to do Ph.D in Geography? Is it possible to do Ph.D in good colleges without giving the entrance exam? Will it be valuable to do Ph.D in some mediocre colleges? Waiting for some genuine reply on my query. Thanks in advance!
