You have completed masters degree in analytical chemistry with 54.3% marks, So you are not eligible for Ph.D course.

The minimum educational qualification required for Ph.D course is 55% from a recognized University.

There are no age criteria.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to pursue Ph.D after completing M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry with 54.3% of marks in it.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for Ph.D course in Chemistry.
So, you are not eligible.
