When the admission form of Ph.D program will be issued by Calcutta University? Eligibility to fillup this form?

when the admission form of phd in Calcutta university will be issue..... what may be the criteria to send this form.... please reply as soon as possible thank you and regards |

If you have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university then you are eligible to attend Ph.D entrance exam.
