I am a B.com Graduate from Calcutta University and now i want to pursue M.Com from IGNOU, Kolkata. But i did not collect Admission Forms which was issued in the month of May-June,2011. So, my question is whether i can get admission for M.Com,this year(2011). If it is possible then please let me know the last date of submission of the form.

CAN STUDENT JOIN IN M.COM WHEN HIS/ HER LOWER EXAM IS NOT COMPLETED BUT HE/SHE PASS THE 3RD YEAR B.COM i.e AFTER 5 YRS OF COMPLETION.HIS AGGREGATE PERCENTAGE IS GOOD FOR ALL THE YEAR.
