Will I receive JRF if change the subject from English to Sociology?


I have JRF in English Literature but i want apply in sociology department. Will i receive JRF in that case? Please reply as soon as possible.

No, you can apply for JRF position in English department only. For sociology you have to qualify the exam in the same subject on the basis of sociology post graduation degree.
Therefore, it will be difficult for you to convert your JRF in English to sociology.
