Dear friend , definitely xat-2010 was tougher than CAT. it was the toughest paper i had ever seen. i think you had faced this very exam and sharing your experiance here.

Both exams are meant for their tough question but in my view for 2010 xat was tougher than cat but it is fixed

xat was more tough than cat . the standard of question was so high and complex than that of cat exam

o o yes, this time xat was abit tougher than cat. i had seen the question papers and tried to solve the questions .it was really difficult.

but i would say that if you prepare well for the exam then you can clear a tough exam easily .

so it depends on your hard work

XAT was exteeeeme! By and far, it seemed to be the toughest paper ever. CAT was modest.

I did not give any exam. I think you gave so you can share your experience with us. Well, I heard that CAT was much tougher than XAT. Well, if we prepare hard, nothing wil be tough.

According to my friends view who have faced the XAT2010 was more tougher than CAT.

yes,i did not attempt but one of my close friend attended both the exam and he informed me that XAT is more tough than CAT.

I feel CAT is more tougher than XAT.
Because CAT (Common aptitude Test) is an exam conducted for seat in IIM, which are the best management Institute in the country.
Its difficult to crack the CAT and get a seat in IIM.

well according to my friend's statement and most student's view who appeared XAT 2010,their view point on it was yes.It was tougher than CAT.

well i do not have experience of papers but i want to say that XAT paper is really though than CAT because i have seen and friend also tell.
so it's really though

hearing from my friends experience about the XAT and the CAT i too feel that this year XAT was far more tougher than CAT...

i have not given these exams but my elder sister told me that XAT 2010 was tougher than CAT.

Actually its my personal experience which is feel is that XAT is not tougher than CAT leaving exceptions

in XAT question was more of conceptial than CAT

i think cat is more tougher than xat 'coz in cat more competition than xat ,in cat more number of students appear as compare to xat.

I faced both XAT and CAT
as i was preparing according to the CAT so if we leave some amiss in the in online exam pattern of the CAT which was new to me i can say that XAT was really tougher than the CAT. which was generally not supposed to be.

Just read school mathematics and english book. Both are easier if you understand those subjects.

i did not know about this year's CAT and XAT exams...

if anyone have faced it,share that experience with me...

well I think CAT is more tougher then XAT.

Every thing is easy when you are learn subject proper but last year paper XAT is little bit though then CAT.

Xat is somewhat tougher than cat. It consist of options type and essay and passage type.

So,it is bit difficult and you need to have writing skills also.

yes, i have seen tboth the papers and trust me out of my reveiw i will say that XAT papers are always tougher than that of CAT and 2010 was no different the level of questions asked in XAT is of higher standard than CAT mainly in cat i will say 1 has to be sharp and wise in answering questions but XAT is totally based upon your knowledge and your depth in study

It depends on your interest on your exam details. Cat is better than xsat. It is both for higher studies

According to my perception XAT is much tougher than CAT.

Six IIMs have about 1350 seats. According to CAT 2009 2,78,000 student appear for exam, a ratio of approximately 1: 45.

For XAT, Seats are about 200 (in XLRI) and candidate appear in XAT 2009 was about 90,000. means a ratio of 1: 450.

Thus, XAT is much tougher in comparison with the CAT.

i am now in the process of studying for the exam cat and i have observed previous year papers of both cat and xat i found that XAT 2010 was more tougher than cat 2010.
