Am I eligible to appear in Delhi University PGMET being an MBBS holder of Russia?


Sir,
I am an MBBS from Russia and have completed my Degree. I have passed my FMGE screening. Now I am doing my Internship in Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. I want to know whether I am eligible to appear in PGMET conducted by Delhi University?
