You have completed B.Sc in Computer Science so you are eligible for MCA course in Jamia Millia Islamia.

But your B.Sc degree marks must be above 50%.

If you have qualify in Jamia Millia Islamia entrance exam then you will get admission in MCA course in Jamia Millia Islamia.
