I'm Revathi, studying B.Pharmacy 3rd year.
Please guide me about M.Pharmacy or Pharma.D courses.
Which is better to choose after completion of B.Pharmacy?
Kindly suggest me.

It depends on your interest and you can choose any one which suits your aim. If you want to become a lecturer or enter research field in India then you can surely go for M.Pharmacy. After completion of M.Pharmacy you will be eligible for lecturer job in various pharmacy colleges and also you can apply for Ph.D admission.

Pharm. D is for those who want job a hospitals. It also has wide recognition around the world and you can go for jobs in other countries too after getting this qualification. You will be recognized as registered pharmacist at world level after doing Pharm.D, hence, you can make decision according to this criteria.
