Sir I am in army on the post of NB subedar and my age is 37 years. So, please tell me which post are eligible for me or can I apply for sub inspector post?

If you fulfill the age criteria after age relaxation, which is available for ex-servicemen, then surely you will be eligible for applying. Just make sure you fulfill age and all other eligibility criteria according to the notification.

Hence, make sure you apply on time, when there is a notification. Selection will be on the basis of performance in the written exam and physical fitness test.

Yes, you are eligible for SI post if you fulfill below given criteria.

Educational Qualification:

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized University.

Age:

Your age should be in between 20 to 28 years.

Age relaxation:-

SC/ST- 5 years

OBC- 3 years

Ex-Servicemen ( Unreserved)- 5 years

Ex-Servicemen (OBC)- 8 years

Ex-Servicemen (SC/ST)- 10 years

No, you cannot apply for the post of Sub Inspector with the criteria that is mentioned above. In general, the basic age criteria that is required is as follows.

>> You must have done Graduation or Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

>> The maximum age must not exceed 36 years for Government Employees or Ex-Servicemen candidates.

>> As your age exceeds the age that is required, I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for the post of Sub Inspector.
