I am doing BBA now. I am going to complete it in April 2014. After this I would like to do B.Ed. Am I eligible for B.E or not? Which stream is available after BBA graduation? What will be my specification?

After completion of BBA course, you are eligible for B.Ed course. You can do B.Ed course in English course.

The minimum educational qualification for B.Ed course is graduation degree with above 50% from a recognized University.

There are no age criteria.
