Yes, you can definitely get admission in medical college, if you have secured a rank of 1927. That's because as per AIPGMEE 2014 cutoff ranks, candidates who belong to SC category and who have secured below 11976 rank has got admission in medical colleges. So, I think you have a very good chances of getting admission in medical college.
