Hi,
I am sohail.
I completed my 12th and joined IIPM for a integrated ugdm pgdm programme of 3years.
I will be doing my major in HR.

So my question is,
Will I be considered as important as an MBA ?
Will the same job pay the same money for MBA and PGDM ?
After completing my programme will I be able to work in usa?

Getting a job will depend on your academic record with performance in the campus interview if it is conducted at IIPM. There is no guarantee of job given any institute or college and it is up to you to create your chances through hard work.

If you can study well from a good college and your college has a placement cell then you can sit for campus interviews and hope for the best. If you can perform well then nobody will deny you a job.
