Iam sohail.
I completed my 12th and joined IIPM for a integrated ugdm pgdm programme of 3years.
I will be doing my major in HR.

So my question is,
Will I be considered as important as an MBA ?

No, you will not be considered equal to a MBA graduate. This is because of the following reasons :-

- PGDM is not same as MBA course.
- MBA is a degree course where as PGDM is diploma (post graduate).
- Degree courses have more value than diploma courses both at graduation and post graduation level.
- You will get less salary as compared to the MBA candidate.
