Dear Sir/Madam, I am interested to do post graduation in Sanskrit, but I am holding bachelor of engineering degree. Is there any way to complete post graduation/ doctorate in Sanskrit? Please advise.

Sorry, it is not possible to study Post Graduate course in Sanskrit after completion of bachelor of engineering course. Candidates with BA in Sanskrit or any graduate with Sanskrit language are eligible to study the MA Sanskrit course. It is also not recommended to study post graduate course in Sanskrit after completion of bachelor of engineering. You can study ME or MTech course or an MBA or apply for jobs in the related field. If you have an interest in Sanskrit, then you can study the short term courses in Sanskrit.

I am sorry to say that you cannot opt for Post graduate course in Sanskrit language at this instant as you are not eligible for it.
Since, you have completed your Bachelors degree in Engineering, you cannot opt for MA in Sanskrit.
Candidates those who have completed their BA in Sanskrit from a recognized University scoring a minimum of 50% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the MA course in Sanskrit.

Extremely sorry to inform you that you can not study MA in Sanskrit after completing bachelor of engineering.
If anyone wants to study MA in Sanskrit, at first they need to have a BA degree in Sanskrit from a recognized University with minimum 50-55% aggregated marks.
