In which field of electronics is there a better scope to do M.Tech?


I am doing my 2nd year B.Tech ECE. I want to pursue my post graduation. In which field of electronics is there a better scope so that i can pursue my M.Tech degree ? I am very much confused which field i should narrow down to? Give me a list of courses to take my masters degree.

Now a days, Nano technology is most common an the latest course of the EC department, so you can try the Nanotechnology. This is the future of all the electronic deices. so you can go with it.
