Sir,
I have got rank in ICET. But I have lost my rank card. Can you please tell me how I can get my rank card again?

You need to contact ICET as quickly as possible and state that you have lost your rank card.
You can go in person with all your identity details or you can send a letter with all the details about your identity enclosed with the letter.
Once you identity and your rank in ICET is verified a duplicate rank card will be issued for you and will be sent to your address that you have mentioned in earlier.
This is the procedure you need to follow to get your rank card again.
