I have done B.Com from Delhi University. Now I wish to enroll myself for M.Com from IGNOU. Please let me know the last date of submission of the application form?

Following are the relevant dates of the application form:

For July Session
--1st February to 31st March----> without late fine
--1st April to 30th April----> Late fine of Rs. 200
--1st May to 31st May----> Late fine of Rs. 500
--1st June to 20th June----> Late fine of Rs. 1000

For January Session
-- 1st August to 1st October-----> without late fine
-- 3rd October to 31st October---> Late fine of Rs. 200
-- 1st November to 30th November---> Late fine of Rs. 500
-- 1st December to 20th December----> Late fine of Rs. 1000
