Please let me know that I have to do M.Phil
if I want to do PhD? I about to completed my
M.A. in Urdu so M.Phil is necessary?

Nothing like that M.Phil is not necessary for PhD course. You are eligible to apply for PhD course after completing M.A in Urdu course. Since, you have completed Urdu related course at the Master degree level, so you are eligible for a PhD in Urdu language related course.

Master degree is the basic qualification requirement for PhD course. The qualification must be obtained from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. Those who are pursuing the final year of Master degree are also eligible to apply the course. Most of the institutions carry out their own entrance exam for the admission process.
