M.Sc Pysics from NIT or from universities like JNU and BHU? Which is better

I am a BSc graduate. I want to know whether doing MSc (or integrated MSc-phD)from any NIT is better, or from universities like JNU,BHU etc. I have heard MSc is not good in NITs, so other universities are better. Please help..!!

BHU being an IIT will be the best option because it receives the highest funding for research by the central government. Doing Ph.D from an IIT is surely better that NIT or JNU.
Hence, if you can get admission in BHU then it will be fine. Just be prepared for the entrance exam.
