I wish to enrol for PhD in English in this academic year throgh distance education.Would you please intmate in which are the universities this mode is available? Can you please provide me the procedure which I need to follow up? Thanks!

You can get admission through merit only in top universities. Most of the top universities offer admission on the basis of NET/GATE/JRF scores and also you have to appear for interview. Universities release admission notification and you have to apply according to their instructions on a prescribed format.

Procedure to apply for Ph.D in English :

1.If you have satisfied all the eligibility Criteria then you can apply for Ph.D through Online/Offline mode.

2.To apply for Ph.D you must take a Entrance test based on the University.

3.Selection process will be based on Written Examination and Interview.

4.If you have a score of UGC NET/JRF or CSIR or ICAR then you will be exempted for Ph.D entrance Test.
