What to do if registrar refused admission after taking registration fee?

I had applied for B.Ed and also cleared the PTET entrance with 53% and college allotted to me after paying the registration fee admission after that I submitted the documents in the allotted college but lecturers said that my aggregate marks in graduation is 43%. I cannot get the admission. Do please tell me what is the next step that I should follow?

For B.Ed admission, the minimum marks required in graduation is 50% marks at most of the universities in India. Hence, if your aggregate doesn't fulfill the criteria, then you will not get admission in B.Ed.

Clearing entrance exam is not the criteria for admission because first you must have a degree with 50% marks, which is the minimum criteria for admission.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
