What is the scope of studying Forensic Chemistry after B.Sc. in Chemistry?


Hello, i have completed my B.Sc. degree in Chemistry subject. I am going to give UGC NET exam as i want to study further in forensic chemistry. So tell me what is the scope of the studying this course? Please help me.

After completion of the course you can get yourself into various scientific or hospital laboratory or in various private agencies also.

Most of the graduates are basically employed in UK to work as laboratory technicians. You can however work at the following posts, such as;

> Forensic Psychologists.

> Forensic Chemists.

> Dactyloscopists.

> Toxicologists, etc.

Career scopes after Forensic Chemistry:

> Most of the jobs can be found in government sector, particularly in various law enforcement agencies such as police, legal system, investigations, etc. You can also get job in various private agencies.

> Basically trained forensic scientists are hired by IB, CBI, etc. Teaching can also prove to be a great career for you.
