Re: Whether B.Com final year students appear for CAT or not? How much qualification is required for this?
Quote:
CAT stands for Common Admission Test. Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university with above 50% marks are eligible for CAT exam. For SC/ST candidates the percentage is 45 % in graduation. There is no age limitation for the candidates. Final year student are also eligible for CAT exam. |

Yes, candidates who are pursuing their final year are certainly eligible to appear in CAT Examination. But you are required to produce your original certificates at the time of Counseling and Certification Verification. The minimum educational qualification is given as follows,
>> Candidates must have completed Graduate Degree with minimum 50% marks or its equivalent from a recognized university. >> Yes, B.Com Final year candidates are certainly eligible to appear in CAT Examination. >> There is a percentage criteria required in Graduation. Here is the detailed required percentage criteria. For General/ OBC Category Candidates - 50% marks in Graduation For SC/ ST/ DA/ PWD Category Candidates - 45% marks in Graduation |
