If I do distance M.Phil then it will not be recognized by UGC? What are the best universities in Punjab that offers regular M.Phil?

M.Phil or any research programme is definitely available in distance mode. You can surely apply for admission at universities like IGNOU or any other reputed university.

Just make sure the university offering the course, is approved by UGC-DEC. In Punjab there are universities like Punjab University, Chandigarh University, etc, which are available for you.
