I have been selected in Syntel. All my college friends who are selected for Syntel have got their confirmation email except me and a girl. Am in an hurry, my TPO has not taken any action even on complaining. Am I rejected?

Yes almost you would have been rejected. Since the reason is very simple actually if the recruitment is being conducted by College (On Campus ) the result will be coming to your TPO . If it is not the case means you need to have confirmed with your recruitment team.

All your friends got their result that means maximum you were out from the recruitment process.
