What is Infosys BPO Campus Aptitude & interview Question & Process? Can you please let me know what all rounds are followed for the selection process? How to prepare for them and get the job? Awaiting to get the response on this soon. Thank you!

Aptitude Questions and Process followed for Infosys BPO Campus Recruitment:

The Selection process of Infosys BPO Campus recruitment consists of the below processes. There are totally 3 rounds and they are as follows.

>> Aptitude Test

>> Group Discussion and HR Interview
* Communication Skills which include
> Written Communication Skills
> Oral Communication Skills
> Skills an Writing Emails and Essays are also tested

>> Personal Interview
* Would be Telephonic or Face-to-Face Interview
* Decision Making
* Communication Skills

Very Important Note: The Aptitude Test consists of the questions mainly from important topics like, Time and Distance, Time and Work, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Mensuration, Ratio and Proportion, Series and Averages. They will evaluate for basic aptitude skills such as Numerical Calculation, Problem Solving, Computer Usage, Reading Comprehension and eye for detail.
