Which is better company to work CTS or iGATE Patni?
Sir,
Which company is the best among CTS and IGATE Patni? Please advice me which one I should go for work. Please suggest me as I am waiting for your guidance. Thanks and regards. |

Both CTS and iGATE Patni are very good companies and have shown growth in recent times. The growth opportunities are less in CTS as the head count is higher than iGate Patni but the work pressure is more in iGATE Patni as compared to that of CTS. On close analysis, it can be claimed that CTS is a better company than iGATE Patni since it has a wider client base, provides more onsite opportunities, salary is at par with the industry standards, good work-life balance, ranks higher than iGATE Patni in the global listing of companies, has higher revenue and growth rate than iGATE Patni.
