Can I make my future brighter in IBM being a B.Tech(IT) candidate?
Hello Sir,
I am doing B.Tech with IT specialization. I want to join IBM but many of my friends telling me that there I cannot make any future. Please let me know I can built my career there? |

You can definitely join IBM and make a bright career in the future. IBM is one of the top companies in the field of technology holding the maximum number of patents and is least affected by recession. It is an excellent place for learning and personal growth. Although the salary offered by IBM in the beginning is below the industry standards but if you can adjust with it initially you can definitely enjoy brighter opportunities in the long run. All companies value IBM employees and hence if you switch later in the future, you can easily get a 25-30 percent hike in your salary. So if you do not have a better offer in your hand at this moment in terms of remuneration and learning opportunity, IBM is the perfect choice.
