Both Hexaware Technologies and Aricent are very good companies. You can choose any one of them as per the following criteria.

- Job role being offered.
- Package being offered.
- Domain being offered.
- Personal interests like location of job, etc.

If you go for a comparison between these two companies, Aricent is a better company since it has higher worth, well established worldwide and offers good learning and growth opportunities.
