Can I expect promotion if got selected as an Associate Product Developer in Mubble Networks?


Respected Sir,
I have got selected in Mubble Networks for Associate Product Developer post. But I am a CSE B.Tech graduate. So, I can expect promotion there?

Promotion is an internal matter of the company.

However in generality, people are getting promoted based on their performance.

So focus on the job, work hard and the natural outcome will be recognition in the form of promotion or pay rise.
