Respected Sir,
I am working in IBM but I am not satisfied
at all with my work. I am a Software Developer
and I haven't get any promotion yet. So,
can you please tell me about any company
where I can expect promotion? I want to quit IBM.

I will suggest you to stay for some more months in the IBM as IBM don't promote easily within the short span of working as an employee. So, work even more harder to get promoted instead of working harder to find the company from where you will have to give a fresh start on more time.

You have not mentioned till how much year you worked in the IBM as, the fresher are not Given fast promotion on their job role, until and unless the company feel that you have done a great job for them and you should be promoted in order to encourage you. So, what you need to do is to make the company recognize you that yes, you are the deserving Employee. And then you will surely get promoted.
