Yes you can get a job in private and government organizations.

Your degree is important along with your skills.

The State Recruitment Board, RRB, IBPS, UPSC, PSUs etc will provide job for graduate students.

You can also get a job in private companies also with your graduation.

Your skill set and communication skills are most important for you to get a job and continue the same.
