Everyone want to be a govt employee these days and i am also one of them but my question is still there give me your opinion for choosing a sector govt or private ....many a times i feel private better?

Both jobs have certain pros and cons. So you should choose the one as per your comfort after analysing the below points.

Pros of Government jobs:-
- Greater security.
- Post-Retirement benefits
- Less work pressure.

Cons:-
- The salary will be limited after a certain extent.
- Getting a government job is very tough as competition is very high.
- Have to work in one field.

Pros of private sector jobs:-
- Good growth opportunities.
- There is no limit to the extent of Salary one can get.
- Various options are there for switching between jobs and fields.

Cons:-
- High work pressure.
- No job security.
- No post-retirement benefits.
