If im passing from AMIE can i get job in private company ? Can you please tell me what steps to take next to get the job? or is there any other formalities needed to complete before to apply for the job? Hope I will get the suggestion from here. Please tell me that..

AMIE stands for "Associate Member of Institution of Engineers". It is a degree level examination in engineering, recognized by all State Governments, Central Governments, AICTE, UPSC etc as equivalent to B.E/B.Tech.

AMIE degree is applicable in all job sectors. After AMIE you will get equal opportunities for higher studies as well as jobs in both govt. and private sectors.

The required qualification for AMIE is:

> 3 year Polytechnic diploma or its equivalent in any branch of engineering from a recognized institute.

> 10+2/HSC/PDC with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 45% marks.

After AMIE course you are eligible to apply for jobs in public and private sectors as a fresh B.E/B.Tech graduate. But before that you have to appear for GATE examination and pursuing further specialisation in the field of their choice or good jobs.
