this is all about functioning of a company

Companies got some project from abroad as an outsourceing, company needed some employee for doing there job,they hire student at some less salary,and students join there after complete the course of study for experience and money...
after that when he/she achive some experiences then get an great opportunity with handsome salary....

learn C,C++, Java .....


You should be Master in one of the above languages..... that's enough....
