How to build career in HR- Administration in MNC?
Currently i'm working as Hr-Adminstrator, I completed BHM and i want to build my career in MNC's other than Hotels.
In which department i'm suitable with my degree to build my career in MNC's ? |

Even we too don't know what kind of post is this, Hr-Administrator and what is the job responsibilities you are undergoing withing this job role.
So, if you think that your career is not getting boosted up due to the current job role so, you can do one thing, just look for the better company and after getting chance just make a switch with proper reason. MNC companies are the best companies suited in order to change for the job. There is no any restriction with the department, you can go to any of the department in which you are interested and you have skill set. |
