The most important thing to get any job is that you should have good technical knowledge in your core field. Also you should have good communication skills along with good personality. You should have leadership quality.
First of all you should try to get campus placement. So many good companies organize placement drive in good campus.
Another option is through GATE exam. You can also apply for job through GATE exam.
Some other companies advertise direct recruitment. So you have to update yourself by continue visiting the official websites of core companies.
