After b.sc how can a person get selected for private jobs in company like tcs,etc. Please let me know

Yes, you can very much get selected in TCS both via on-campus recruitment and off-campus recruitment after the completion of your B.Sc degree.

If there is a campus drive of TCS in your college, you can very much opt or it or after the completion of your graduation, you can however, go for off drive campus recruitment and get selected by clearing the interview rounds.

For private jobs you can make your profile on Naukri.com, Monster.com, Times of India. Once you make the profile automatically, you will start getting the calls from consultancies and companies HR.

Yes there is lot of private job after B.Sc first if you have time then go for preparation of government service.
CGL(combined graduate level) offers various job after graduation.
For privet sector job you can make your profile on Naukari.com and in various advertisement company submit your CV and mention your strength which you can perform well. after this you get call from various company and consultancies service.
