I have cleared Syntel written examination. Now i will appear for the interview process. So tell me how to crack the placement interview of Syntel?

The interview round of Syntel placement drive consists of :

1. Technical Interview.

2. Human Resource Interview.

For clearing technical round, you should have good knowledge of your technical subjects. Brush up your fundamentals and basics of technical subjects.

In HR interview, they will ask you questions mostly based on your personality and check your communication skills. So prepare questions like your hobbies, relocation problem, strength, weakness etc.

If I am a fresher then what will be my starting salary in Syntel as a employee??
