I want to prepare for the interview of HCL Technologies for the post of Software Engineer. I would like to know that how many rounds are there in the interview for this particular post in this company?

Selection Process of HCL Technologies Software Engineer Recruitment:

The selection process of HCL Technologies Software Engineer recruitment consists of the below mentioned rounds. They are,

>> Written Round (English Grammar Test)

>> Voice and Accent Test / Group Discussion

>> Technical Interview

>> HR Interview

English grammar test consists of multiple choice questions that consists of Comprehension, Synonyms, Fill in the Blanks and Phrases.

After you clear written round, you will be called for Group Discussion round. There you will be given a topic and you are required to put your views in favor or against the topic.

Then you will be called for Technical interview and some of the topics that are asked about Data Structures, DBMS, Algorithm, Networking, Operating Systems, OOPS..etc.,

After successful completion of Technical Round, you will be called for HR Interview where you will be asked questions like Why HCL ?, Tell me about yourself, What are your strengths and weaknesses..etc.,
