Hi,
I have done B.E. in Electronics & Communication with First Class since 2008.. I have 2 years working Experience as Telecom/RF/BTS Engineer.. After that I did CDAC Course(want to switch in IT Field) since last year.. How will I get the job in IT Industry now as I am 2008 batch pass out and not have any Experience in IT Industry (Want to go for Java/Database)..

Pretty interesting that you want to jump in IT field from Electircal. Now as you are 2008 batch passout it's pretty difficult to get a job which is not your core in your Graduation but it's really good that you have completed the CDAC course.

The best option now is to apply for IT companies which are based on Electronics/Electrical background and in those the best domain will be telecommunication solution. So, you can try out those type of companies which surely looks forward your previous experience plus you have a huge opportunity to jump in Java/Database domain.

So, try to apply for the jobs over there and sure you will get one which is suited for you and remember there will be sureshot question asked in your interview on "Why you wanted to move on computer domain rather being in Electronics?" Do have a best prepared answer for it!!
