There are many jobs available for graduates/post graduates in private sector.

Private Banks in India, Multinational banks, BPOs, manufacturing companies, IT companies all provide ample opportunities.

You can join as an Executive in the above fields.
You need to visit the websites of these organizations and look for announcements in the news papers.

The recruiting agents are also a good source you can contact.

They will have some basic aptitude test and personal interviews for selection. Prepare yourself and do well.
