Can you please let me know about the job profile for the post which is Associate Engineer offered in Virtusa Polaris. I have heard that they are hiring for this particular post. But I really don’t know about this job.

@ You are required to support your senior members of the project team in several project management activities.

@ You need to focus on the tactical development and its implementation.

@ You are required to use some of the business applications namely HeaRt, Chorus, Pulse, Leave, Star Team, vPoint, ERA..etc.,

@ You must be able to help you senior members of the project as far as the technical challenges are concerned.

@ You need to understand the productivity measures and must be able to produce reasonable work estimates.

@ You should be able to meet SLAs with the expected quality standards.
