Your 10th marks will never be obstacle for your job it may hinder you in admission in some institutions or some course but it will rarely come across your job, job profile mostly judge you on three things:
Your knowledge firstly. Your degree (bachelor's) marks. Marks obtained in exam conducted by the job giver itself (eg :- aptitude test etc) |

Class 10th marks are not very much important because their score is taken only in few exams.
But you have to be ready to explain the interviewer about why your marks are less. Work hard & cover your low scores in class 12th. |

1. Class 10th marks do matter to get a admission in 12th class. 2. Class 10th marks does not matter much in job interview. 3. But you must have good score in your graduation to get a good job. |

Not at all, This has made many say that CBSE 10th Results are just a stepping stone in one's career, and once passed that stage, it doesn't hold any importance. The candidate should have a graduation from any recognized university to get a job. |

Re: Low marks in 10th will be trouble to get a private job?
The low marks in class 10th will not be trouble to get a private job. Your class 10th marks will never be an obstacle for your job, job profile mostly judges you on three things firstly is your knowledge and skills secondly, your bachelor or master's degree marks and thirdly marks obtained in the exam conducted by the job giver as some organization consider your last educational marks.
Sometimes there is a word called 'talent' and if you haven't scored much in your academics but you have a talent then no one can stop you to achieve what you want. |

Re: Low marks in 10th will be trouble to get a private job?
---No, low marks in class 10th will not trouble you to get a private job because the minimum educational qualification required to enter into a private job is diploma or graduation in the respective stream where you are applying and you will be selected on the basis of your communication skills, practical skills, general awareness and many other aspects related to that field or company.
And it still someone asks you that why you have scored very less marks in class 10th then you can simply say that it just a single piece of paper cannot decide whether you are eligible for this job or not so, you have to work on your skills so, that nobody can reject you on the basis of your marks. |

Re: Low marks in 10th will be trouble to get a private job?
°°° As per my point of view, marks of class 10th does not matter a lot when you apply for private jobs because they recruit on the basis of of marks in the interview and your skills.
I would personally suggest you to score as much as high in higher classes so that your marks can compensated with class 10th marks. It is very important for you to score higher in higher classes so that you can prove that you are a diligent person and can achieve anything in your life. Try to improve your communication skills as much as important so, that your first impression can be proved fruitful for the company. First impression is the last impression so, try to prepare yourself for the interview so that during document verification and analysis of your marks they don't even bother how much you have scored in class 10th. |

Re: Low marks in 10th will be trouble to get a private job?
There are some companies which to have criteria for throughout 60% marks but it is not the same with all of them.
If your career graph is good and you have scored good marks in higher classes then it will not hinder. You might not be eligible in some companies but you cannot alter your marks even so, just apply where you are eligible and take up a job wherever you get. You can join any company in the starting and after gaining 2 - 3 years experience you can apply in big company. |
