Maximum number of permissible members for Public and Private limited firms?


Minimum no. of members : Public - 7 private - 2
Maximum no. of member : public - unlimited private - 50

but after 2012 changes for this pls tell me correct answer

The rules keep changing from time to time. There are updates internally and are not advertised publicly. You can get more information through news released by the said company.

You can also get the information from the official website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
