Hello,
Can anyone tell me what is the salary
package for a post of Software Engineer at IBM?
I have a On Campus Interview of IBM so
I want to know the salary package first.

For the On-campus interview of IBM , they will conduct 3 or 4 rounds of interview .

1. Written exam
2. Group discussion
3. Technical interview
4. HR Interview


Since you will come under fresher to the industry , the salary will be morethan 20,000 in the beginning . If you get 3 years of experience , then you will see good improvement in your salary.


To get a job in IBM , You need to be well prepared in anyone of the Following courses.

C-Language
C++
Java
SAP bo
Sap bi
Sap abap
Oracle (Sql,pl/sql)
Oracle (D2K)
Dot net , etc..

There is no certain defined salary because at various posts, there are different salaries available.
But in general, at the entry level, the salary is approx. 25,000 as the minimum salary package in the technical field is said to be 3.25 lpa.
In order to get into the company, you need to clear the stages of the recruitment process, that are taken in the interview. First of all there is an aptitude paper which has to be cleared and once if you clear the aptitude paper, the next step is the group discussion process in which you need to talk about the general topic which is allotted to you. If you clear this process, then the final round is the interview round in which the technical as well as the HR questions are asked to you and if you clear this step as well, then you will be given a job.
