In FMCG Industry you must have good sales and marketing skills. You can enter in FMCG Industry as an Marketing Executive or Sales Executive for initial level. You should go for higher studies as MBA in retail management, Sales & Marketing etc. to get bright future in this field.
You can also do job as well as study (from distance mode) together or else do job for some years(As some college offers Executive MBA Program for experienced professionals) thereafter you can do Executive MBA according to future requirement.

currently we are working as operation executive in logistics sector and i want move from logistics to fmcg sector as sales man ,it will right please suggest .
