I'm preparing for Cisco systems.i want to know the selection process. I am B.Tech student. Please guide me for the preparation to get through the interview.Please help me.

The selection process in CISCO for B.Tech candidates is given below.

- Online written test comprising aptitude and coding
- Online psychometric test.
- Technical Interview
- Managerial round
- HR Interview

Preparation tips :-

- You need to approach step by step. First have a strong grip in aptitude by practicing aptitude rigorously.
- Practice coding and participate in various coding challenges online.
- Practice the common questions of psychometric test.
- Be prepared for the interview round as extensive questions and that too in-depth questions will be asked from your domain as well as from Computer Science domain.
- Lastly prepare yourself with the common HR questions to perform well in HR round.
